This home is an impressive renovation in the beautiful suburb of Montmorency. The home is modern luxury in the heart of this leafy and sort after suburb. The renovation was a complete transformation to the existing dwelling. The clients were unsure of what direction to take and trusted Tim and the Vital Build team to guide them through the entire renovation. The process could have been a very confusing and overwhelming experience, however with the exceptional communication skills from Tim and the commitment and dedication he showed to each and every aspect of the build the clients were absolutely thrilled. The home has some great features which include a gorgeous grand entrance set off by a custom made pivot door. Inside there is a stunning open fireplace which warms up the entire light filled lounge. The lounge is open and made to feel extremely grand thanks to the oversize skylights strategically placed to gain maximum light in every season.
