Our Blackburn Passive House build represents the pinnacle of modern construction and energy efficiency. Utilising Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), this project ensures exceptional thermal performance and structural integrity.
The inclusion of triple-glazed uPVC windows and doors provides superior insulation and soundproofing. To further enhance indoor air quality and energy efficiency, we’ve integrated a Siebel Eltron HRV (heat recovery ventilation) system. This build achieves an impressive .5 ACPH (Air Changes Per Hour), highlighting our dedication to creating sustainable and comfortable living spaces.
